pdfkeywords.com is a web app made to insert invisible keywords inside of a PDF file.
The main target audience are job seekers, who want to prevent being auto rejected by ATS softwares for missing keywords in their CV/resume, this allows to put invisible keywords which are only read by softwares and not by humans, preventing having a clustered CV but with the benefits of including all the keywords you would like to have.
So far, I've personally spent 32 hours into this project.
Setting this website up didn't take too long, was the first time I implemented Stripe, so that's a plus, always learning something new.
Total insvestment on this project so far: 56€
For this website the cost for the domain is 10€/year and hosting services 25€/year.
I've also spent 11€ in LinkedIn ads and 10€ with Reddit ads. Reddit ads were better than LinkedIn ones, but still didn't feel worth it. I may try to invest some more in the future but for now I'm checking few different approachs to advertise the app.
So far, 0€ has been made by this project. Resulting in a total loss of $56€.
