Template Manager is a desktop app which allows people to manage their templates with ease.
It adopts a very simple concept of copy pasting documents to re-use them, many times people tend to just re-use old documents and change few parts to have a new document for the current needs. This app allows you to simply manage those files with ease without being worried about overwriting the original file.
So far, I've personally spent 15 hours into this project.
In this project most of the time investment happens at the start, once an app is developed, it usually doesn't require much maintenance unless if you decide to keep developing new features, which is not intended for this app. Although, if there are a lot of people using the app, new features may be implemented.
This project should be very close to being a true passive income, once deployed I should not have to spend any time with it anymore.
For now I will let it do its thing. If by any chance I decide to spend time or money in advertising it, I will update this page accordingly.

If you know how to code, the monetary investement is very low, although you may have to spend many hours doing the development yourself.
Depending on the platform you intend to launch your app, the costs may vary. For a windows desktop app, the cost to publish it in the app store is a single fee for the developer account of about 17€, once this fee is paid you can publish as many apps as you desire.
So far, 0.93€ has been made by this project. Resulting in a total loss of $16.07€.

I personally dislike selling products with the 9.99 scheme, but Microsoft forces you to choose your price from a given list, and all the prices end in the number 9, so not much choice there.
